Meet the Team
Dr. Jesse Ploessl, D.C.
Owner and Chiropractor
Dr. Jesse Ploessl strives to restore health and wellness to his patients on an individual basis. Whether your goal is to obtain pain relief or achieve optimal wellness, he will make a custom plan that will fit your needs.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville. Dr. Jesse continues to broaden his knowledge with continuing education while evaluating new technology and research in the health care field.
Dr. Jesse received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in November 2003 from Northwestern Health Sciences University. He has worked in private practice as well as integrated health care clinics in the Twin Cities area specializing in pain management, auto and work injuries, and wellness care, with a special interest in Softwave Therapy (Shockwave) for pain management and injury rehab. He is a certified medical examiner for DOT physical exams for employers and individual drivers.
Dr. Jesse lives in Cottage Grove with his wife Christina and two children. He is actively involved in the Plymouth Lions Club and enjoys playing softball, biking, and getting outdoors in his free time. Dr. Ploessl believes that a person can make substantial changes in their well being by making small, yet consistent positive health choices.

Front Desk and Office Manager
Yvette our office manager, is the first friendly face to welcome you to our clinic. She can help you with all of your scheduling or billing questions and makes you feel like part of the family.
Sareena Yang
Massage Therapist
Sareena received training at The Massage School. She is very passionate about what she does and specializes in deep tissue, Swedish massage, trigger point, and cupping. She enjoys walking and hiking on her free time.
Martina Carranza
Front Desk
Martina is our front desk staff and helps with translating for our Spanish speaking patients.
You will see her smiling face mostly on evenings and weekends.

Scott Taulmann
Massage Therapist
Scott is a massage therapist with almost 20 yrs experience. A graduate of Sister Rosalind’s
School of Massage, Scott’s specialties include deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, pregnancy, and therapeutic rehabilitation.

Lindsey brings a wealth of knowledge in massage and has worked in private practice for over a decade. We are lucky to have her here part-time on Fridays.
Chris Williams
Massage Therapist
Chris attended Globe University where he studied massage therapy and kinesiology. He specializes in Swedish massage and deep tissue. In his free time he enjoys coaching basketball.
